Chocolate in pretty much any form entices me and a good portion of the rest of the world. Although I do have friends that don’t like it or are allergic to it they still are intrigued by it. Ask a group of your friends what their favorite kind of chocolate delight is and you will probably get as many answers as the number of people you ask.

So what does chocolate have to do with entrepreneurs? Everything if you want to be a highly successful one.

Listen as my guest Rose Fass and I discuss The Chocolate Conversation in business and how leadership happens in the conversation. Rose will also share insights from her time as the Chief Transformation Officer at Xerox and leading others corporations through change.

Catch us live at 2pm PT/5PM ET/22GMT on the All Business Radio Network or afterwards at Stitcher and iTunes. Let us know what you think of the show by leaving a review!
